What will you do If the family of your gf/bf doesnt like you?!

it doesnt mater as long as my GF fights for me, trusts me, loves me, i dont care about what her parents say as long as they dont try anything to break us up. then it cool. thanks

When I was in my early 20's, just out of college, I started dating a guy that my mom didn't like. She never came out and said she didn't like him, but I could tell because she treated him so much differently than she treated other guys I had dated. I dated him for about a year and then I started realizing that he really wasn't what I wanted... When I broke up with him, my mother admitted to me that she didn't like him and told me why... coincidently, they were the same reasons that I broke up with him! Sometimes I think it would have been better if she had said something to me, but then again, maybe I would have rebelled and stayed with him. I don't know. I'm just glad I found my husband shortly after that, and my mom just loves him :)

i might give it a try to please his parents, if it doesn't work then i'll probably compete, but ofcourse i know i had a slight chance to win since they're his parents and i'm just a girlfriend... i will quit when i can finally say that i've tried my best...

if my boyfriend's family didn't like me I would sttick with him, but I just would not go over his parents house.

There is nothing you can do if they do not like you. It is up to the bf/gf to make a choice.

you dont have to worry about the parents of your partner all you have to worry is about how much you love each other.
