Cambridge University at United Kingdom . I assume that you are undergraduate . if you are a talented student then you can apply for Nehru Cambridge Scholarship .

^ yes . GRE and ToEFL both are compulsory for getting a opportunity to study at UK , USA and many other countries ...

for m.s usa is a better option. 1st of all u have to appear in gre n toefl exams. depending on ur score, u will hav choicessome top ranked uiversities are. texas university. purdue universit. pensylvaniya university... if u wanna more information u can contact me at... rahul.ipu@gmail.com
