Have you ever thought, that America may really lose the status of most powerful nation in future, just like Russia did? If so, what can you think of future scenario? Which country might come to that status?
Will it be something like United America, or a United Europe? or United Asia? or just some other country ? Do the present happenings indicate anything about this? Please do not talk about the mars or moon... thats very very very very far away yet.

I know you probably want to hear India, sorry.
There will be a united coalition of countries
with China as the silent super power.
It's already happening.

True, the sleeping dragon is awake, and the world is changing already. I give the US about 30 years more at the top of the pile.

No doubt. I wouldn't be surprised
if it happens sooner than later

wlll as per the present world scenario, I see America only falling day by day....and from no sense Is ee that america would be able to rule in the coming time with its present situation....
i guess many might not agree but when I compoare CHina and INdia together at one stage, I find India a better competent, with better chances of leading -- China might be able to rock USA by monetary matters but what can give a competition to he India brains.... no one can!! and now Indian brain is actually coming back to India...and it is definitely goood!!!
I see down the line five years or ten..... India to be emerging on top at the world paltform

I think the status has already been lost.
As a result of short-sighted policies over the years, the price to be paid for their implementation has now become due.
I don't think it will be any one country, but more a coalition of countries which will rise to meet the challenges of the 21st Century.
