Recently I have read in the Newspaper that people having only veg food have more IQ than those of having non-veg food?
Do you agree with this fact?

I do beleive it depends on your genes but unlike snowflake5 i think being vegetarian can help as you get ALL the nutrients and goodness you need from a pure vegetarian diet, missing nutrients from not eating animals is a common misunderstanding!
Meat takes a lot longer to digest and can make you feel bloated and tired so therefore has an adverse affect on your consentration levels.
the body absorbs all it needs from veggie products and much faster so you get ALL you require and keep going for longer, your healthier and so happier.
I would say therefore it has a positive impact on your IQ....

Your IQ will depend on the genes you inherited from your parents.
However, the performance of the brain (e.g. concentration levels) will depend on whether you are getting all your nutrients. As vegetarians get fewer good nutrients than non-vegetarians (in particular they take in less protein), I'd say the meat/fish-eating diet was better for your brain.
