Which is the biggest motivation - Love or Family or Failure

People get motivated by lot of factors!Though each one is powerful enough to flip-flop one's life, three most imfortant factors drew us crazy than anything. It must be either the loosing of tenderness of love or severe regret from family member or it is his own failure which will lure hime to the achievement!

It varies wildly between people and some people, like myself, are motivated by different things at different times.
My list would be (from the most important to the least, for me:
1) Family
2) Love
3) Failure

fine! But for me it is the failure of love which will throw you for acme of performance!
