Cell Phones-love them or hate them?

I hate cell phones, or more pointedly the people that use them in public places. Don't they realize how loudly they are speaking and that everyone can hear their private conversations? I get angry when I am driving and see an oncoming driver talking on their cell while they are driving, or even worse turning. This is dangerous, and hampers reaction time. Another irritation is when a cell rings in a public place like a library or church. Shut them off people, you are not that important unless you are a top surgeon on call!
