AIDS and marriage

Do you think test for AIDS should be made compulsary prior to marriage.As far as im concerned it is a must.Because,this would help in reducing spreading of AIDS to some extent.

Infact it should be a must for every person above 18 and it should be yearly !

As much as I believe EVERYONE should be tested for HIV, I don't think the government should require it for marriage. I however, personally would not marry anyone that is not open enough to get tested and share the results with me.
