What is up with the lack of wheelchair accessible housing?

My boyfriend was recently in an motorcycle accident and has become wheelchair dependent, so we are forced to move out of our 2nd floor apartment. But unfortunately, we are unable to find anything in our neighborhood or in our price range that is wheelchair accessible. Is your neighborhood wheelchair friendly ?

you have to respond formal beheavour with your neighborhood then only your neighborhood become Wheelchair friendly.
