I have 413 posts, 20 started discussions and 10 uploaded photos. I currently have 3,53$ . Do you think this is enought for the work I've done?

I hope the reward will be more. I'm new here and I still haven't earned money. I'll tell you when I star to earn.

Well earnings depend on the quality posts you put. If you have answered in one words like yes or no then having 400 posts will not fetch you much income, but giving quality answers though less posts can get you better rewards.
