Extreme names for your kids!

for the past few years i have been on earth, i have observe that parents are atleast 60% responsible for kids being teased and bullied. parents giving their kids weird names, such as "pan patter", and "cuchi culler". i mean do these have meaning? whta re these? if you have a friend with a strnage name, or family member, please inform us, so i could have a good laugh and i dont think nothing will beat these names
