Hi friends can you tell me the best ways of reducing the excess weight and burn the unnecessary calories in our body. This could help people suffering with obesity as this is a severe health condition that leads to many diseases in their later life.

You must exercise a lot, and watch out your diet. no more oily food, cut down the meat (at least fatty ones), and maybe you can go for a very good detox and slimming program. i myself went through this, and lost about 25 kg, and i'm keeping my weight for 5 years already. much more healthy now... you wanna know my secrets??

I have the same problem.I am a little overweight, but it seems i never lose weight, only gain more. The last thing that i tried was the low calories diet, and i must say that i am pretty content of it.It is about numbering the calories that you eat in a day.You must not eat more than 1000 calories/day.It is not easy, you can actually do it on summer, when you have lot of vegetables and fruits. When you reach the weight you've wanted, you can increase the number of calories from 1000-1500,but not more than 1700/day.And o course a little exercices.

Do regular cardiovascular exercise (running, walking, swimming, cycling) and also add in resistance training (weights, etc).
Work out how many calories you consume in a day, and aim to burn more calories than you consume daily. Search online for a calorie counter (it will say how much calories you burn when running, etc).
Good luck

The quickest, easiest, and most PROVEN to be heart healthy way to lose weight is via a low carb diet. Eat 20 grams or less carbs per day, eating mostly meats, nuts, and low carb cheeses. Also, do cardio. The most effective way to do this is through sprint workouts. Warm up(jog) for about 5 minutes, then sprint ALL OUT! for 30 seconds, rest (or Jog) for 30 second, and repeat. Work up to 14 on/off cycles (14 minutes total!) 3x a week. I guarantee you will lose weight very quickly, in addition to putting on a little muscle tone.

I have always been a bit chunky but 7 years ago I gained about 60 pounds within about 4/5 months. I know that I should be more active and eat healthier, but to be honest after getting home with a full time job to cook and take care of both my kids and husband I just don't have the energy. I meani I can barely take a shower without someone calling out for me, never mind trying to have sometime alone to excersice.

Increase intake of water, perform aerobic excercise, preferrably in the moring at least 3 time a week. Substituted your snackes with fruits and veggies, snack several time a day.
