what is the best way to clean a key board?

Here is what works for me. With the computer off, turn the keyboard over and gently tap the back. If you do that at least once a week, it will take care of the dust and other small atuff that gets down between the keys.
To clean the surfaces, I wrap a cloth around my finger and spray it with Spray & Wipe. Then I wipe the keyboard surfaces with it. That's a once a month job.

thank you that sounds simple enough to do will have to start doing that since i just got it all clean now. now i have to keep it clean.

well, i do not know the best way, clean a key board it is just something like this like that. Just like do the dishes. I don't know a specifiq way to do it. Just take your time and be a care people and clean it.

I really try to leave the keys attached when cleaning my keyboard. A while back I did what you did and took all the keys off and drove myself crazy. I use a papertowel and fold it so it will fit between the keys to get any dust out and then I use some Q-tips to clean the bigger areas.

yes taking the keys off was a pain and still are becuase the little sucktion cup things in there are not all even and i have then stick or not work grrr
