That's why nowadays, the sperm from a single man can only be used twice and no more. They've implemented that law to keep that very thing from happening. The rules regarding donating sperm and using it are very rigid these days,

Even though a law is enforced, the person donating sperms can have child of his own. There is still a possibility of half brother and half sisters getting married in the future without them knowing. It would be sad if you are to found our your wife is your half sister because your father donated sperms before you were born. You would be a splinter but you probably might want to live with it since you love your wife (half-sister).

In fact, since the advent of DNA testing it has been discovered that a number of 1/2 brothers and sisters have accidently married because of artificial insemination and not knowing who the biological father was. So, yes, you have a point, but I have no answer.

Wow..I didn't spend enough time researching this topic. I have just thought it would be a possibility. So there are a number of half brothers and sisters who got married without them knowing before hand. So seeing this as a possibility, I would not donate sperm because it might hurt future generations.
