where can i find cheap baby clothes?

my sister is about to have a twins, and i need to know the cheapest places to go shopping for her, im goin to help her out with the decorating and furniture.... help! this is going to be my first real exerience with babies!!

If you can, buy baby furiture new unless you are getting it from sone you know has maintained the furniture. Baby clothes can be bought at Wal-Mart, Dollar stores, Goodwill, and Consignment stores for a good price. Stay away from places like Babies R Us and Macys that have great sales, but horrible every day prices. If this is your Sisters first kids, you should have her register for items like car setas, baby swings, strollers, diapers, etc so that when she has a shower people can give her these items and it will be less to worry about in the budget.
