The problem being ... why was his account frozen? This site has rules, like any other. If you don't abide the rules, they are not held to their end of the contract .. which is to keep you here and pay you. Your referrer isn't being deprived of anything. Deprivation means to be losing something he's entitled to, and he's not entitled to something if he didn't abide the conditions to receive it. As for what you do, that's up to you. I'm not sure why someone else losing their account would be your concern, to be honest. You can stay and attempt to make a few bucks participating in discussions, or you can jump to conclusions, assume the site is fraudulent with no basis and take off. Your choice.
