well, the right time would be when you are trulely in love with them. Yes, virginity matters to girls, and they won't give it up easy. With girls if they still have their virginity at 18, they look innocent, but guys who haven't made it wiht a girl at 18 look like losers.

As you see there are still countries where it is a basic question. I think it causes only fear and dark in sexuaity. I think the best time in the age 16 about, when both the girls and boys may begin to learn to know and love each other. By the time they want to be married the people should know everything about sexualty, and the ways of loving, and pleasure.

No doubts over this issue the right time is after marriage and the right man is your husband.

I regret when I lost mine for I really never loved the guy....I felt I was being left out so I was pressured into it. My Advise find someone you love and don't rush into it or you may regret it.

I guess it still matters depending on the situation of course. Sometimes we men tend to know if the girl is gonna give in. But my advice for a girl if your man really loves you no matter what, don't give in by going all the way. Wait for the right time(preferably Marriage).
