I'm trying to break my record for the most responses. I really don't have anything I feel like discussing at the moment, but I get so envious when I see people way up there in the hundreds with really crumby discussions. I wish more people would respond to my discussions, especially since I put a lot of time and effort into writing them. But at the moment, since I don't have a discussion in mind, I'm goingto ask you what's on your mind right now?

I just wanna say that i'm hopping that i'll get an annual bonus this month so that i'll be able to enjoy my holiday even mere. I'm also hoping that i'll be called for an interview witht this company that my cousin has arranged for me which offer salary between double to triple more of what i'm getting right now.

I wish you the best of luck, and here's a response to help you on your way! I don't have much on my mind - I'm browsing Ebay looking for some costume pieces for a Cosplay I'm putting together for Spring. It's hard to find a giant pink hair bow! I didn't think it would be that difficult. I think I'll end up making one myself.

Good luck, but you're going to need to come up with a discussion topic. A discussion without a topic can't really last, and without it, even if it doesn't die in two seconds, your thread will still end up attracting spammers who think to themselves "Hey, let's help this person get a ton of posts, by posting a ton of posts, none of which are relevant at all!"

And then those spammers are reported and get negative responses. Sometimes it's okay to just have a nice general chat.
And we can always just make the discussion about the 80s movie 'Say Anything'. ;)

That is such a classic movie. I love Jon Cusak, and I think Say Anything is one of his best films. Who doesn't remember the boombox scene?

IF i can say anything, then im glad to say that i didnt wake up so sick this morning! i have had a cold for the last few days and it really drains me of my energy and i need it since im a mom to a 2 year old. also i need to work for our living and im also going to school full time! what a busy schedule right!?!

I try posting up discussions that may seem interesting to people. And I also respond to as many as I can. I don't just write whatever. I try to help people when they need something answered, or want to hear an opionion on something. Just keep it up you'll get up there too soon.

Well, I'm starting to feel tired now, so I'm off to bed shortly. This is a good topic. It's nice to just be able to say what's on your mind and then see do people reply back with anything.

I dont think you will do it with this post smiles.
I too get envious when i see lots of replies to some topics and mine only get a couple.
I think you need to have a good group of friends who you like to reply to and then hopefully they will start to do the same.
Thats what Ive started to do and so far it seems to be working
