how is my idea to help others by simply spending 1 Rupee per month(0.02$/month)

How if we collect one rupee per month from students we cn easily collect upto
5,00,000-9,00,000Rs/- per month imagin how much we can do for poor people.I want your valuble suggestions about this.

That idea is hard, but I think it will be amazing! You're going to collect one rupee from everyone of the 5-9M! Wow! This is my suggestion: Start from their class or school. You may ask the school admin for help. Now the work is divided, you will just collect from schools. But that thing is going to be hard, especially when your name is not famous. Another suggestion: Befriend a politician, so that everyone may believe that the rupees will not be going to your own pocket. These are my suggestions for now, I'll let you know once another pops out. Good luck! ^__^
