India's budget-2007 seems will care much for famers and businessman?

I think this time our budget will encourage more to farmers and business man and it's not going to favour anything to middle class & salaried people.
This is happening all the time since our independance.The pity about us that we can't manipulate our income and we don't have any ways to show the expences.
We recieve the salary after deduction of the I/tax at source.
Business man can show bogus expenditure very easily, there by adding losses to balance sheet. He never shows any real profit.
How long this torture will continue?
Do yu have any hope of better tomorrow?

still I shall share your discussion as below...
One thing you have to admire that except salaried people all others are someway enterpruners. They take some risk, chalange in their activity.
naturally if one takes the risk is likely to get a higher gain than a simple salaried person.
What govt. can do for those?
Most of the govt and semi govt organizations in our country are loss going. So who would be pleased to pay them excess.
One thing I suggest to these people is that they should find out their own ways to earn more.
Ask them to spend some toime on mylot.
