Working At Home For Offshore Companies

I have heard that there are some Offshore Companies who hire persons to run a virtual office for them requiring just one or two persons. Does anyone have information on how one might get an offer/opportunity to do this kind of work?
P.S. I do reside in the Caribbean, Barbados to be exact.
