Ask a friend of yours who are very good at English to help you. Or anyone that speaks your native language. It would be much easier for you to practice English with one that speaks your vernacular. So that they can explain you about English in your own language if necessary. The two of you can practice English conversation. And if there is something that confuses you or that you cannot understand, he can explain it to you in your own language.

Conversational use of a language is the best way to learn to think in that language. Then you can become fluent and it becomes much less work as the vocabulary develops. Suggest you try holding basic conversations with yourself on any subject in the dictionary, or in the news.
"What do you think about...." followed by expression of opinion, and, obviously, forming both the opinion and the sentences, and picking up the vocabulary. You'll notice I'm not using anything but normal terms in this message, for that reason.
In English the vernacular is pretty fluid, so basic use of the language has to include some comprehension of the slang, too. Sometimes the slang is better communication, and it does open up more meanings and uses of words for you.
There are a few people here on myLot that do make good use of the language, and use proper grammar. The rest of it is probably the best example of how variable English can be, so you're not wasting a second here.
