Does Education and Earnings go hand in hand??? In my experience, I have seen several Knowledgable persons earning less because of their palcements and vice versa. For example a talented person in a smaller company earns less that a lay man in a bigger company. So does luck play an important role in everyone's life???

It is normal.High education does not mean high salary.Education only show the experience of study.The role in the society depend on the education,experience,work skill,social relationship,etc.
