Do u do anight shift or day shift?

i work night shift from 7pm-4am (NA shift)... but oftentimes i work semi-day shift which is from 1pm-10pm (EU shift)...

i do nigt shift

Thankfully I am not retired although even when I was working I only ever did day shift. However one job I had required me to be at work before 6.00 a.m. 2 days a week to see the night shift workers before they finished their shift and be there at 5.00 p.m. in case the afternoon shift workers had any problems they wanted me to see about. On the whole it wasn't too bad, but I got into the habit of being at work by 6.00 a.m. every morning. :)

At present i am not working.But when i used to work i did day shift. I dont prefer night shift as many health problems will be caused due to insufficient sleep.As our body release some liquids while sleeping in night so if wont sleep we may get problems.
