Cold Turkey / myLot

I am tying to stop smoking,should I reduce the amount I smoke first or should I go cold turkey? and does any one have any advice they could share with me to help,thankyou in advance.....jimmy

I too have been trying to do the same. From my experience i feel it is difficult to stop by reducing the amount. Rather i guess the best way is to go cold turkey as u put it. hmmmmm not easy i can see...........
