Don't give up. I'm sure you'll get there soon, I think it just takes time. I agree, that gaining friends and frequently giving well-written, quality responses to others would likely help you a great deal. It gets your name out there, more or less, and I think people will tend to check out your profile this way, too, and perhaps comment on your previous discussions. Sometimes when this happens I've noticed that it jumps back on the queue eventually, bringing in more responses every now and then. Other than that, just keep up on the punctuation and spelling, and make sure that the content of your discussions are more than just a few lines, which might help catch the attention of people who are into quality for myLot, who otherwise might see it and think it's just another money-grabber. I'm not really here for the money, just for chat, but I just noticed that these points have helped make a difference in receiving responses to my own discussions as of late. Good luck!

A good content may not be able to receive too many responses. To get some responses you need to have some friends who are responding to your discussion always,and you too need to be so. Select some problems or content that applies to most people, best of luck!

I think you still get more responses to your discussions than I do, It seems to me that some people get more than others, I'm not sure if the number of friends that you have have anything to do with it, the quality of your posts or even the number of responses that you do, The most I've had is four people reading my discussions, ( a lot less than the number of friends that I have). Luckily you get paid for responding as well as writing discussions, keep on doing both and you should get more responses eventually.
