Yes, I do use TV on my computer. I use TV tuner card for that purpose. I brought it separately and configured it to my computer just recently because we in our place used to have a great tussle over who is going to control the remote and the TV and ultimately I had to back up on it and decided to put TV on my computer rather than fighting for the TV and ultimately decided to buy the TV tuner card and installed it. It cost me around 1700 bucks to buy and configure it into my PC. The local cable guy charges additional 100 bucks for the extra connection which I didn’t mind paying that I could enjoy my very own and favorite TV programs with peace. Even though the screen is quite smaller compared to the normal TV, I didn’t mind it and had to bear it. Now I can work and watch TV at the same time in my home PC, I enjoy it a lot.

Yes i use to have a tv connection on the computer. I use it to record some of my favorite tv programs on the computer to have a view latter. This is good to have the tv connection on the computer and i do use it when i feel bored and am not using the net.

I am using an internal Pinnacle TV tuner card Model 100i. It is a reasonably priced hardware with good quality output at full screen. I have not had any problems with it. However, its drawback is that is resource hungry as far as system resources are concerned.
