Hight.... 1.70 m to 1.75 m

A very good friend of mine has 1.70 m in hight... in august he whant to go at police forces but a condition is to have at leas 1.75 m in hight... my question is how can he grouw up? i have 1.80 i don't have any problems, i said to him to drink milk and get some vitamins or go at a doctor.

it depends which is his age because males grow until 21 years old. I have 19 and i'm 1.87m and i've growed up 0.2 m in one summer so anything is possible. He can try streching every day for 2-3 min for some time and see if this works
