I am an horror movies lover. Horror movies doesn't scary me, but when I was a little kid I was scared for a lot of time by Stephen King's "IT" movie. After watching that film I used to imagine the clown popping up everywhere in my room. That was great! I want to watch "it" movie again. It's about more 15 years i don't see it, I want to see if I will be scared again:P I think the book of stephen king must be interesting too, it is very big but a friend of mine told me that scare more than the movie. Now I ask you Do Horror Movies Scary You? If Yes Which Movie Scared You Most?

Most scary movies do not scare me. But I have to honestly say that "IT" movie scared the heck out of me. I remember I watched it for the first time at my grandmother's house when I was little. I was spending the night with her and she had already gone to bed and I was still up watching tv. Well it came on and I love scary movies so I watched it. Well then I looked out the back door and I could have sworn that clown's face was looking at me through that window in the back door. I left the tv on and went running to my grandmother's bed. I'm 25 now and don't think I've ever seen it since.

I'm also a horror fan.
If you're no longer scared by horror movies i think you're watching the wrong ones. Try to avoid blood & gore and watch psychological thriller / horror.
I can recommend "The Shutter" if you haven't seen it already.
I think Japanese series are pretty scary - The Ring, The Grudge, etc.
Apart from those it was one movie that scare the hell out of me and i was nearly 30 y.o. when i've seen it - The Blair Witch Project 1.

Actually horror movies scares me especially if I'm the only person watching it at night. I like the Ring 1, it's pretty scary. I also like some movies with serial killers.

Another Stephen King inspired movie, Salem's Lot. I had read the book and the book scared me, so I was prepared for the film. However prepared I was it still scared the pants off me, not least because of the way it was filmed, the timing and the minimal special effects. It worked more on the psyche and I found myself huddled up on my sofa clutching a cushion.

I love horror movies, sometimes I think the movies are little distrubing such as the sawing off of peoples limbs in the SAW movies, but I am not too scared and I love the thrill of watching them. It is one of the most genres that I love to watch and I have many VCDs and DVDs of horror movies, come si dice horror movies in italian amico? Grazie millie.

great! glad to meet another horror movie fan!:)
I really low "the saw" movie. I have seen only the first one and it was great. I've the second one but I haven't seen yet. I don't have the 3rd but I will get it soon! italian movies is "film horror italiani". If you like horror, check it out Dario Argento's movies. It is italian. look for "deep red" or "profondo rosso" in italian.

I have seen quite a lot of scary movies, the one that that scared me the most was "Pumpkinhead". Only the first because in the sequels I knew what was coming. It was the scariest to me because the surroundings for a scary monster seemed so out of place and Pumpkinhead was so unexpected compared to all the other scary movies which I didn't have to keep reminding myself it's only a movie because they were so fake. I'm not including any movies that are slasher films because they just slash body parts for graphics and there's no real story behind them. Having said this I don't think I can watch any more scary movies, I'm getting older and I have no desire to have a heart attack.

I am a Stephen King's fan so I love all his books. Besides IT I would add Misery who was put on screen as well. Misery is more realistic movie and keeps you with suspense up till the last minute.

Yes, Horror movies scare me :P
I don't watch them (because I'm not so into them), so I can't think of any movies which scared me the most if I have..
Lol- You loved to imagine a freaky scary clown popping up in your room everywhere? I find that amusing as I am the opposite xD
I guess a reason may be they stick in my head for pretty long.. and I don't like that if they're especially freaky :P
I did read the comic Japanese version of the book 'The Ring'. I guess reading the story I can handle. But even little things like remembering that freaky girl coming out of the well.. creaping out of the toilet xD
Ha, maybe I'm a freak :P
The clown in that pic is already so freaky =OOO

yeh i remember watching the movie "it" last year even though its a pretty old movie. the movie was pretty scary. One of the movies that i think is really scary is "the amityville horror". that movie is too scary especially that part where the ghost tells the priest in house to leave the house. that part still gives me goosebumps.

The first Friday the 13th scared the crap out of me when I saw it -- especially at the end when the girl is dreaming that she is in the canoe and he comes out of the water. I think I jumped out of my seat! Nightmare on Elm Street really scared me, too, because I always felt safe in my bed and then after I saw it I was afraid to go to sleep. The first part if IT scared me, too.

I so love horror movies, its hard to find a really good one these days... i remember back to when i was a kid and watched the exorcist when it first came out... i was terrified lol my sister and i shared a room we ended up sharing the bed all snuggled up with just our eyes peeping out of the blankets waiting for the worst to happen LOL
But now watching it again, it doesnt even come close to scaring me.... i still enjoy stephen kings "IT" though, i dont know just something creepy about that movie.

I do recall that movie it was pretty scary. I can recall being really scared of Children of the Corn and When a Stranger calls Back (the original pt 2). I don't really remember why I was scare of children of the corn. But I can tell you the suspense of When a Stranger calls Back was to much for me to bear as a youngster.

I do not watch a lot of horror movies, I usually have to get dragged into watching them. Or, I will because that is the only type of movie my friends want to see at the time, so I am stuck watching it, if I want to go to the movies too, or just spend my day off at home. So I usually end up going...
When I was a kid, IT, was really the only horror movie I had seen, and since then, I have never been to fond of clowns. I never finished the movie, sometimes I wish I would, we'll see. The part I always see in my mind is the blood in the bathroom, from the faucet and the toilet.
Plus the blood in the gutter.
Over the years, I have watched some more horror movies, but I try to forget as many as I can, that way I won't be scared.:)

There aren't too many that scare me (and I have seen tons), especially the newer ones. Two movies that did scare me though are "The Exorcist", and "The Shining". There is something about the little girl twins in the shining that just freaks me out
