ever been scamed?

I have been scamed severally on the internet as a newbie, but now that I am familiar with the things to look out for in a genuine site I avoid being frauded. Firstly it is true that " there is nosuchthing as something for nothing" So any site that has a price on it has got to have sucure features to be safe for the visitor.
To avoid being swindled it will help to ask some questions such as this:
Does it look to good to be true?
Do they have a contact address and phone number?
Do they also have a forum?
What is in it for me?
How does the company make its money?
You will be wise to know if to join or not.
This discussion is open for victims of internet fraud. Let us know of the company and expose the "bad guys" of the internet.

i was also scamed once on those called hyip sites, after that though i became more aware of the tricks of this scam sites and now i am more carefull in dealing with online investments. greetings. : )

I've invested 1$ to this HYIP site called NetaInvestment. At first I've got easily caught by its high percentage of return, then I searched to HYIP ranking site and I found their company there with some good review and has a good mark. But when I finally invested, they showed that I've earned but on hanging status and like what you may predict they never paid me.
