Computer Cooling

What methods do you use to cool your computer? I buy cases with intact ducts for the CPU fan, large CPU heat sinks, RAM coolers, and an exhaust fan in the back. Also on one of my computers I installed a hard drive cooler and it keeps the HD only a few degrees C above room temperature. I've been thinking about adding an intake fan as well to get better airflow from the front to back but I'm not sure if its worth it. Any suggestions?

I always wonder how much of that is overkill...Do you ever check the temp using your BIOS? Or do you have a program that can check it while running your operating system?
