Need to find out if a great job that I love is working and paying me commission but wont allow me to move up anymore is worth staying with or moving on? What I mean is basically this company pays me to sell their products and I have sold more than double from last years sales myself. 500,000 dollars in 5 months for them and they wont give me a raise in percentage. Now tell me this, is this worth staying with or find someone else that will give me what i want?
