When is enough help for a friend???? Please help me with this.

I have been friends with my best friend for 16 years. Last year she began dating her ex from a long time ago. Through out there relationship he had been mean to her, pushing her around, he broke out her front window of her car while they were driving. The cops have been called a couple of times on them. Then she found out that he was smoking crack. She about lost it. She kicked him out. Then took him back with a promise that he would get help. Well that did not happen and they ended up getting kicked out of there place so I let them move in with my family. Well it just kept on getting worse. So she kicked him out again and got a restraining order out on him. So she still lived with us. No job three kids. We did not mind though because she was getting away from him. We did everything for them. Bought Christmas for her kids and feeding them all and so on. Well 2 months went by and just 3 days ago she is back with him moving in with him again. I do not know what I can say or do anymore. I feel very used and hurt.
