I think they both are bad, but the computer is far more worse, and dangerous. TV is not dangerous. Also, I would limit the time allowed to watch tv or use a computer.

I think that TV is worse. No matter how hard you keep them from TV they manage to watch it. But you can have complete control on computer allowing only the Educational content for them!

in my opinions tv is worse for kids. it is because only a few kids know to use computer, but many of kids nowadays know how to use television. without parents control, a kid will switch to unwanted tv show for him.

I think that both things are fine in moderation and if the parents are really talking to their children and monitoring what they are doing. I was raised on a lot of tv and have spent most of my life in front of computers, and I have done okay *laugh* But I do think that there is a lot more trash on TV and a lot more bad things on the internet than there used to be.. so it would really be a good thing for a parent to watch what their child is doing and to really parent them, not just use the tv and computer as a babysitter for their children.

i think tv is worse for kids because on computers they can learn somthing they whant to or need to learn about there are not thst many good thing for kinds on the tv, computers give kida a social life.
