who is beautiful?

i think first impression is the best answer

In my opinion beauty is not concerned with the outer part of the skin.Main beauty is the inner beauty means very good at heart.For example you can think if a girl is very beautiful physically and she is mean,rude etc then what's the use.I think beuty is not external.

Outer beauty or face beauty does not mean , acttual beauty is inner from heart . if a person having good and beautiful heart then hte person is beautiful....

beauty girl for me is she who well groomed, friendly smile and speaks with brain. honestly i cant say teenager celebrities in my country are beautiful girl. they're only looking good with make-up and spot light. ask them to have a conversation or two with you. it only takes a couple minutes to know that they have nothing inside their head.

Some of the most ugliest people in the world are the most beautifull. I beleive Beauty is within. Physical beauty only lasts so long. Thats why i never judge a book by its cover ;) But there are some people that have been lucky enough to have the physical beauty and the beauty within :)

hmm i must say that it depends on what your opinnion is based - if only about the look of a person - i think a longer glance or an impression after few times seeing someone could make me say she is beatiful or not :) But mostly it depends on how much someone cares about their look and how much it fits mine favouite look criteria :)

The external look if its nice then the girl is beautifull, but it should not attract every one, because this effect of beauty is not ever lasting, like when a boy see some pretty girl, well it can see a more pretty one, so this is not ever lasting, I beleive the beatuty is hidden under the simplicity
