So are we getting paid for responds in our Discussions?

I just don't get it, when I get paid I get something like 2 cents per respond. but then, where is the money for the responds I get in discussions I open?

i think that is .02 cents not 2 cents.,if it was 2 cents iwould have crossed bill gates
