Share your ideas on favorite salad garnishes!
I will make radish "mice" by leaving the radish whole. the root is the "tail." Cut two notches at the top and slice off two pieces from another radish to make ears. put the slices in the notches you just made and you have a quick, easy radish mouse for your salad.
