tell her that he loves her and let her know that she is the only women in his life. don't be affraid to say your true feelings.

Dude, what are you waiting for. Take her out for a romantic evening and propose. Making her wait a bit is one thing but if you make her wait too long when she already knows she may start worrying and it will ruin everything.
