fake notes and coins....

I am from INDIA and i like collecting currency especially fake currency.. be it notes or coins...it all started few years ago when i came across a 50 rupees note which turned out to be fake.. ever since i have been hunting and collecting fake coins... but not been able to collect any of the fake notes as i dont have much experiences with notes. hence i request the members here to help me out and provide me useful and valuable information on this matter and share their knowledge with me...

nope.. nowadays even fake notes have the silver lining... they look identical like real notes.. a glance at a fake note may make u feel that it is a real one...
a fake note may be made using a thinner or a thicker quantity of paper.. the quality will not be good...or the crispiness may not be good... there are many other reasons.. sometimes colour difference could be there.. im also trying to find out more difference so that verification of fake notes can be easily done..

congrats its a good collection. my dad used to travel he used collects money in different parts of the world. now it has been passed to my brother who likes history and more interested in international system of exchange. goodluck with that

tats coool.. so wat has happened to yours dads collection?? hope u know that older coins have more value now... may be his collection has something which may not be there with may others.dont u think so...........
