new idea for mylot self moderation!! tell me what you think

okay so i was thinking what if mylot set up a system where we all get 10 points or something like that. Then upon reaching 500 posts we all earn the right to "power bomb" users we deem are misusing mylot by spamming, copy and pasting ect . We could all have around 3-5 each and i think we should only be able to bomb the same person once for each discussion we see them spamming. But upon reaching 10 the person would be suspended for the rest of the month and then only with mylots approval could then get their account back. But if they become a repeat offender and again get suspended mylot could then ban that person from coming back. anyway im curious what do you guys think??
