why can we upload any more photos?

what happent?eny can we not upload any more photos ?i am very sad and i don`t know where to read about this!pls help do you have the same problem?

i had this problem, too this morning. i noticed it's hard to post pictures too. they asked me to put lengthen my photo discussion. and so, i did it. and it was okey. but took time to lengthen photo descriptions.
