i dont drive but i would never put myself or others on the road at risk by driving drunk...it doesnt take much to be over the limit where your responses are slower and your perception is changed. i have a close friend who refuses to get in the car if hes been drinkin because of the possibility of what can happen...
and for that i think he is one above the rest....
not only can you kill yourself but you can kill innocent people or injure them severely...its not worth it
always have a plan on how to get home if you decide to drink...or simple...if you are driving..dont drink...

I would never drink and drive. Nor would I ride with someone that has been drinking. I was a medic for several years and I've had to pick up the results of such ignorant behavior. It's usually the innocent that has to pay for it too.

I don't have a drivers license, and never have, so no I've not. I never encountered anyone who was stupid enough to drink and drive, until I moved down to the countryside in Southern England after Uni (many moons ago!). Whilst I lived there, most of the people I got to know would drink and drive regularly! The attitude there seemed to be that it was a bit naughty, but that as they were driving (too fast down tiny winding lanes - dangerous at the best of times) on roads they know well, on short journeys or that old classic "I'm a very good driver, so I'll be alright". Since moving away from that area, I've not encountered drunk drivers at all. So my advice is - don't go to Buckinghamshire in the South of England, if you value your life and your car! Apparently this attitude is quite common in rural areas... in the UK anyway.

I have never done it and I never will. I value my life to much. That's not to say I haven't been in a car with a drunk driver. It wasn't safe but at least there was not alot of people pn the roads.
