Ok yes I know I can look them up on the net...but I would like some personal experiences!
I'm a terrible cook when it comes to cakes, pastries or biscuits....my scones end up like small rocks, my cakes never rise and my pastries never turn out crisp and airy! lol
But.....I've been asked to make a cheesecake and so I need serious help here! Does anyone have a foolproof cheesecake recipe? Something EXTREMELY easy to make but still tastes delicious? (I do have a back up plan but it consists of running down the shop and buying one then trying to mess it up a bit so that it doesn't look too professional! lol)

I have two recipe books from Philadelphia Cream Cheese. All the recipes have been good and they aren't that hard to make. But that depends on what you mean by hard? I just follow the directions. They are time consuming though...

I'm not worried if they are time consuming - just as long as they are fool proof! lol So that pretty much no matter what you do you can't stuff it up! All the others I have made I was sure I followed the directions exactly but they still didn't turn out right...

I don't think I have ever made a cheese cake that didn't come out right. Are you looking for a regular cheesecake or something different? The first one I ever made was a Black Forest cheese cake, it's a chocolate cheese cake with cherries on top. I've made a peanut butter and jelly one, regular New York style with strawberries, Blueberry, white chocolate, marble, raspberry... I've made a lot of them. I can send you one of my recipes if you want, just tell me what you're looking for...
