Is Vienna the most beautiful city in the world?

I normally read magazines where they list Vienna as the most beautiful city in the world,is it true?

May be, It depends on the perception. Beautiful city can be one where there is equal respect for every citizen and no one sleeps with hungry stomach.

I score your response best best because you described the beauty in terms of human growth and where there`s love among everyone and not necessarily architectural beauty where wickedness still prevail.

For its architecture yes. I cannot rate it for anything else, eg. climate, people etc. because I have not had first hand experience with any of those!
