Well.. this is a standard - interview questions, but i just want to learn few "must have" words of "describing myself" in an interview..., of course, we all are "hardworking", "diligent", "team-worker" and may also "work individually".., so does the other job applicants.. And i think the interviewer getting tired of those "skills" you have.... And now.. I want to improvise..
So..^^ does anyone have more good words on "describing" yourself ? and if i may, i want to use it as my 'skills' in the future..

i always say im a "perfectionist". they always like to hear that. who doesnt want to hire a perfectionist? (I know, i dont use the caps anymore, im not looking for a job either, lol).
Once i interviewed a girl to hire her for a job and asked her that dumb question: "how would you describe yourself?", and she said "im always tardy". I guess she didnt want the job. lol. too much honesty in an interview can hurt you, you know.

Perfectionism is not about doing a job to the best of your abilities. It's about trying to attain the impossible. This can eat up lots of time energy. So saying you are a perfectionist can hurt you. Employers don't want someone who is going to waste time on something because no matter what, they don't think it's good enough. They need someone who will do an excellent job, then move on to the next thing so that all tasks are complete within budget and before deadlines.
I like answers such as: I'd describe myself as a person who is upbeat. I try not to let the little things in life get to me. I'm known for my positive attitude at work. I'm also looked to for information. People know they can come to me with their problems and that I will listen and try to do what I can to solve them.

Yeah, I found it is diffcult to describe my self.
but for job interview, that is necessary for me to describe myself.
If I say I am very good, it will make me shy and maybe thought as cheating if I work here.
But If I say I am not good, I am afraid I cannot get the job, that is diffcult to do.

Yeah, i agree with you. These two probability might be hard to describe. But, anyway sometimes the officer like if we say something good instead of bad thing.

This might be difficult for you dude. Sometimes, if we want to do something good we also have to do something bad.

Yup.... during interviews only say what u are capable of doing. N nv say whats your weakness. Thats not cheating, you are just emphasising your plus points, and avoid tell people your minus points.

I'm a honest girl,I don't know how to describe myself rightly,But I think you can easily get the answer what kind of person I am, I'm a simple girl. That's my answer in the latest interview. haha.
