What time do you go to bed and what time do you wake up? Do you feel like your getting enough sleep?

I was told my father-in-law who is a doctor for 50 years, that discipline in every activity of life will enhance our longevity. I have adopted discipline in certain fields, like sleep. I go to bed at 10.30 p.m. and get up by 5.30 a.m.

Thats awesome that you get up that early after going to bed at that time. I would have to go to bed at 8:00 if I wanted to get up that early.

Who says that sleep is a little sister of sleeping away? I have to regain power during a few hours of sleep (usualy 7) and that's it! I don't like sleeping (alone!)

I go to bed at around 12 at night and then wake up five hours and forty-five minutes later and get up to go running! I do feel I get enough sleep, I'm rarely 'really' tired.
