how to send images and referrals

Hii friends i am new to mylot. I think that we can earn money by sending images and referrals. But i am not sure how this thing is done. can any one plzzzzzzz help me out. all responces are welcome.

well fren i have no any idea about image but i do know something about referrals..........
invite those frens who dont have acc.in mylot.....if they open acc. frm ur invition then u will get referral......frm them........
