physical fitness

wht do u do for physical fitness? i do yoga everyday for half n hr and go for a walk. its very much essential for all of us to hv some kind of physical workout. like aerobic,yoga,jogging,walking,swmming.

At the moment I am not working out, but I used to teach aerobic and fitness classes. I do take my bike daily to get grocery's or get the kids from school. I have a car but I take mostly the bike for short rides. I don't like walking and now during my pregnancy it's not comfortable to walk either, but when I have given birth I hope to start teaching classes again. During the pregnancy befor this one, I have been teaching till one day before delivery and started 2 weeks after.

It sthe most essential thing in life to have physical fitness. I do 5 rounds of Suryanamskar everyday. Half an hour of running, n in workplace i rarely use lift. My workspace is in 5th floor of a building. So walking stairs, i consider it also as an exercise n i eat less for dinner.

I just starting walking. I have been spending too much time on the computer and I can see and feel a difference in my body.

walking is the best exercise, i also go for a walk everyday for atleast 40 mints.

I hate excersizing, but I do stomach crunches every night to keep my tummy flat;) I like hiking with my dog but don't get to get out every day and I like biking. Speaking of, I need to do my crunches-it's bed time!

physical fitness can be obtained by doing exercise or yoga daily and can be obtained good physique with a good health.

No doubt physical fitness is must especially with the kind of routine we guys have nowadays. I do brisk walk for one hour and thirty minutes as I cant do any other exercise due to some reason.

i do meditation and walk..thats itt..it makes me energetic and charged for the whole day
