sue him or sell his goods. thats the best way to deal with this problem. if its e-bay then they will take care of this case.

I would take him to court and also bring his belongins. Hopefully you have some kinda written proof that he owes you this money though.

I would take him to small claims court if you have one there. Sometimes if you have had their property for more than 30 days then the judge will let you sell their belongings for a sort of payment on storing their things for so long. But before you do anything, I would talk to a lawyer to make sure what kind of legal action you can take.

Hell Yes!!! Theyre obviously not a very good friend, and they must not want theyre stuff back either, I would either burn it & send that person a video of it and explain to them why u did it, or u could just sell it, hopefully you'll a decent price for it. Good Luck!!!
