transfer car title

u can put on the title it is a act of donation. thats what we did for my hubbys car he got from his father I think they have the form at the dnv for this

yep, just write, "gift" on the back of the title

All you have to do it state that she is your sister and that you are giving this car to her...but depending on the state she may still have to pay a tax on it...I would state her full name address and driver license on it with the same information about you and the car you are giving her..that should be enough for them ...

When you sign the title over to her on the back of it you can state that it was given to her as a gift and she just takes that to the DMV and gets it put in her name.
