Even though she left me long ago, I still cannot forget her. I dont remember her every time but at times when I'm alone I am struck with her thoughts and this spoils my mood. I have tried a lot to over come this thought but I couldnt. Can anyone Help me?

you must still have feelings for this ex of yours, thus you are still thinking about her. the way to overcome is to talk to her and ask how she is doing, this should close the doors for the both of you.
